roger polk, Co-CEO
Roger Polk a.k.a Tre Rogers is the reason RMG was created. His passion as an artist led him to want more for himself and his family. For that reason, he manifested a label to call his own so he could continue to control his own destiny.
Broderick Thompson, A&R
Broderick Thomspon acts as the eyes and ears of the label. As an A&R he discovered Forest Myles and constantly helps RMG grow its brand. His old soul allows him to tap into a wide range of musical styles and eras.
